Telescopera

A concert staging of selected scenes from Wagner’s Tristan und Isolde at King’s College Chapel, edited by Brian Smith Walters to tell the entire story of the opera in a single 90 minute span. Telescopera gives up and coming British Wagnerians an opportunity to try this repertoire in public, by presenting versions of Wagner’s massive music dramas in intimate settings, focusing on the relationships and personalities of Wagner’s central figures.
